	This week's updates have been and will continue to be a little sketchy due to a health emergency in the family. I'll try to bang out a few more updates for the week, however.

	Community news has been pretty slow the past few weeks. RCT Haven's contest is over, and the results are up. RCT Inc's webmaster has been battling ISP problems over the past few weeks. They've added a new community park, their boards have been down, and the P-Spot is almost done for this round. RCT Stalls-n-All has been shut down. Damon (GamerD86) has sent over the following email: Due to the recent downfall of RCT-HQ.net, my beloved site, RCT Stalls-n-All, will be closing its doors. I do not have the time, resources, and, most recently, a server to work on my site. Also, I am about to get a job, which will give me less time to do the stuff I like to do. I know Gif offered to host me on his upcoming site, and I thank him very much for that, but I feel God has said it’s time for me to move on with my life, and that is what I’m going to do. There will be no Gamer’s Hut, either, as the same problems apply here, also. I do have a copy of my site on my computer, and so, if Jim wishes, all interviews, parks, etc. will be transferred over to RCT Station. I have known Jim ever since I had found RCT Station a year ago and feel this to be the best choice to make.

	A few generous people pointed out two hotkeys that were added in Loopy Landscapes, so I had to update the hotkeys article. I've also written a short article on saving your track design. Hopefully this will put an end to this question I get emailed rather often. Apparently no one reads game manuals anymore.

	We have a wealth of very knowledgeable RCT players on the staff, and it's quite amazing what they'll turn up sometimes. Dave (rct help) has written a rather unusual type of article. He actually took the time and studied things in RCT as they happened in relation to time. Check out his article in the knowledge base.

	Taking a note out of Ogre's playbook, I put up a news archive for RCT Station. Browse through some of the old archives, dating back to January 2001. About 99% of the old news articles are in there. I could probably get the missing 1% in there, but it's not worth the effort. I'd also like to make note of the heading of the news archive index: Some of the links and pictures may not work in some of the old news pages, due to changes made to the site since then. Keep that in mind when looking through the archives. Things have changed quite a bit since then. I can't help but think that this site has had this design since January 2001. That's the longest any site on Ogre's Network or Gametropics has ever kept a design...

	The February contest is winding down. Since February is a short month, you have fewer days to get your entry in. I'd just like to remind everyone that the cut-off date for entries is midnight February 23 EST (Saturday night, so there is no confusion). I will also be announcing the signup for the March contest; that's right, you'll need to sign up. Stay tuned for details on this in a day or two.

RCT Inc has added their Exclusive Rights section. RCT 1000 is working on a site redesign. RCT Simple has relaunched their site, along with a new design.

	Crispy has announced a new program on RCTUK to get people to help out with the site. I'll be the first to admit that running a big site isn't easy. He's seeking people to run the various sections on the site. He's even added a pretty slick application form. This reminds me somewhat of what the folks at CraggsRCT did, thus forming http://www.rollercoasternet.com.

	What a hectic week this has been... The sales charts for PC games are in. RCT dropped a few spots, which is not surprising at all. Coasters 2K relaunched recently with a new design. RCT Plaza is closed due to work on a new design. RCT Stalls-n-All has a new forum skin and a new park project. RCT Inc has several bits of news. Fox has left the site. They need P-Spot submissions. Sixteen new saved games have been added to the site. Tycoon Planet has started a new february contest. Coaster Games has launched. They're looking for submissions. RCT Haven has relaunched. They have started a new contest as well.

	The Superbowl was an excellent game in my opinion. That was the best fourth quarter I've seen in a very long time. In case you missed the game, the Patriots beat the Rams 20-17, giving the Patriots their first superbowl victory in franchise history. Yesterdays update, which was a ton of Loopy Landscapes finished scenarios, had to receive an update today. I goofed on one of the scenario names (Crazy Lake should have been Crater Lake). Anyway, that's fixed.
